Can you believe it? When I was seven, I was playing in the dirt, not acting. Scarlett Johansson, that’s a fancy name, ain’t it? Sounds like a movie star, and I guess she became one.
They say she was in some movie called “Lost in Translation.” I don’t know what that means. Maybe she got lost, and someone had to translate for her? Or maybe she was in a foreign place, they have lots of those in the movies. And “Match Point,” sounds like a game, maybe tennis or something, or it could be a dating show. She was just a little girl, though, how would she know about all that? Kids these days, they grow up too fast. I tell ya, young Scarlett Johansson got lots of attention. She was pretty.
She was in some superhero movie, “Black Widow” or something. Dressed all in black, like a spy or something. They say she wasn’t even the first one they wanted for that part. Imagine that! Someone else was supposed to be that Black Widow. Emily, they said. It was all about who you know and such. That’s what happens in Hollywood. But Scarlett, she got the part. Good for her. They call her ScarJo, that’s a new way to say her name. That’s what young people call her. She is famous, you know.
They had some trouble, though, that Scarlett and the movie people. Some big fuss. It was all about money, I think. They put the movie on that Disney, where you can watch movie on TV. And Scarlett, she didn’t like that. Said they were supposed to put it in the movie theaters first. It’s all about the money, you know. Always is. She wanted more money, I reckon. Scarlett Johansson Black Widow, these two words always go together.

There’s this other girl, Ever Gabo Anderson. Sounds like a mouthful, don’t it? She was in a movie too, playin’ a young version of someone else. That’s what they do sometimes. They get a younger person to play the same part, when they were little. She was also in that “Black Widow” movie, playing a young Natasha. And she was in some Peter Pan thing. Kids and their movies, I tell ya. But this Ever, she’s young, too. Lots of young people in movies these days.
That Black Widow, they say it’s all about how far she’s come. Some superhero thing. They talk about it like it’s real important. Maybe it is, to some folks. I don’t know much about superheroes. But that Scarlett Johansson, she made it big. Good for her, I say. She worked hard, I bet. Started young, kept at it. That’s what you gotta do.
