Okay, so, I’ve been seeing these platform Uggs everywhere lately, and, like, I finally caved. I had to see what the hype was all about. These things are seriously trending. I kept seeing them all over social media, and, you know, they started selling out, which, of course, made me want them even more.
First of all, finding them was a whole mission in itself. I couldn’t find them in any stores near me, so I started looking online. A bunch of websites were totally sold out, but I did see some on StockX, but they were way overpriced.
How I found a pair of UGGs
- I checked out Foot Locker and saw they had some, but not the exact style I wanted.
- I even looked on eBay, and while there were a ton of Uggs, the platform ones were hard to come by.
- Finally, I went to the UGG official website. I found the “New Heights Platform Xtra Boot” that was just perfect.
I ordered them right away. When they finally arrived, I was so excited! I tried them on immediately. You know that little loop on the back of Uggs? Well, it’s a lifesaver. I just grabbed that loop, slid my foot in, and boom – perfect fit.
They are seriously so comfortable. Like, walking-on-clouds comfortable. And they’re actually pretty cute, too. They definitely have that trendy, chunky look that’s in right now. I’ve worn them out a few times now, and I’ve gotten so many compliments. They’re warm, they’re stylish, and they make me feel a little bit taller, which is always a plus. It’s like fall 2022 all over again when everyone was trying to snag a pair!
Honestly, I totally get why these platform Uggs are so popular. They’re the perfect mix of comfort and style. I’m so glad I finally got my hands on a pair. I think I’m going to be living in these all winter long.
