Okay, so yesterday, I tried to find some pictures of Asian models. I opened up my computer and typed “Asian model” into the search bar. Man, the results were all over the place! I saw a bunch of names, but one really stood out: Liu Wen.
Apparently, she’s a pretty big deal. Clicked on a few of those results, and they were all saying she’s like, the first Chinese model to walk in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Some even called her “China’s first genuine supermodel”. I dug a little deeper and found out she’s got over 5.2 million followers on Instagram – wow!
- I scrolled through her feed for a while.
- Saw she’s done campaigns for big brands like Estée Lauder, Tiffany & Co., and La Perla.
- She’s got this really striking look, I gotta say.
Then I got curious about the whole “Asian model” thing in general. I read somewhere that the height requirements might be a bit different in Asia – like 170 cm for girls and 181 cm for guys. Seems a bit shorter than what I usually hear about. Good news for those who aren’t super tall, I guess!
