Yo, what’s up, guys? It’s your boy back again with another story, and let me tell you, this one’s a doozy.
So, I’m a huge Playboi Carti fan, right? Been following him since way back when. The guy’s a trendsetter, always pushing boundaries with his music. I still remember clearly that day in December 2020, Christmas Day, his second album “Whole Lotta Red” finally came out. That album was fire! Number one on the Billboard 200, you know.
Anyway, I heard rumors that he was dropping a new album called “I AM MUSIC”. We all know Carti loves to tease new music, like, all the time. I was hyped, but I wasn’t holding my breath, ’cause you never know with this dude.
But then, things started getting interesting. First, He just said gonna drop new song on Friday. Then, On December 14th, 2023, he dropped “2024”. I bumped that track non-stop.
Then, just a few days later, on December 19th, he dropped “H00dByAir”. I was like, “Okay, Carti, I see you.”

But he didn’t stop there. On January 1st, 2024, he dropped “Backr00ms” featuring Travis Scott. That track was insane!

I started to think, “Maybe this album is actually coming soon.” Then, on January 15th, he dropped “EvilJ0rdan”, and more recently, on March 12th, he dropped “Ketamine”. This new song “Play This” is the latest one, Man, Carti’s been on a roll!

I listened to all these tracks, analyzed the beats, the lyrics, everything. Carti’s sound has definitely evolved. It’s more experimental, more mature. I’m really digging it. It is like what he said in November last year, this new album might be his most important work.
So, after all this, I’m pretty sure “I AM MUSIC” is gonna be a game-changer. I’ve cleared my schedule, I’ve got my headphones ready, and I’m just waiting for that official release date. It’s gonna be epic, I can feel it.
