Okay, so the other day I was feeling nostalgic and decided to dive back into some old-school Disney Channel stuff from 2005. You know, back when things were simpler and the shows were, well, let’s just say they had a certain charm.

First thing I did was hit up the internet to see what I could find about the Disney Channel stars from back then. I mean, we’re talking about icons like Hilary Duff, Raven-Symoné, and the Sprouse twins! It’s crazy to think how much time has passed since they were on our screens every day.
So, I started digging, and man, was I in for a trip down memory lane! I found all sorts of stuff – old show clips, behind-the-scenes photos, and even some interviews with the stars themselves. It was like opening a time capsule! I spent hours just soaking it all in.
- I stumbled upon some articles about what these stars are up to now.
- Some of them are still acting, like Debby Ryan.
- Others, like Brenda Song, have kinda stepped away from the spotlight a bit.
And you know what else I found? The average pay for a Disney actor back in the day. Apparently, it was around $27 an hour as of January 1, 2025. Of course, some were making way more, and others were probably making less, but it’s still interesting to think about.
After all that searching, I decided to actually watch some episodes from 2005. I picked a few of my favorites, like That’s So Raven and The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, and just let the nostalgia wash over me.
It was a fun little project, and it definitely made me appreciate those old Disney Channel days even more. I mean, sure, the shows might seem a bit cheesy now, but they were a big part of my childhood, and I’m sure a lot of you feel the same way.

Some cool stars I found
Like Raven-Symoné, Selena Gomez, Zac Efron, and Dylan and Cole Sprouse. They were my favorite at that time!
Anyway, that’s my little trip down memory lane. I hope you enjoyed it, and maybe it’ll inspire you to revisit some of your old favorites too! It’s funny how much has changed, but some things, like the memories we made watching these shows, will always stay the same.
