Okay, so I heard about this artist, Still Woozy, a while back. I think it was back in 2017 when he dropped his first single, “Vacation.” I remember reading somewhere that he picked the name “Still Woozy” because he’s kind of a spacey dude, which I totally get.
Fast forward to today – I saw an update on his page. He’s got a new album coming out! He posted something like, “I made an album!!!” which got me pretty hyped up. It’s called ‘Loveseat’ and it’s dropping on June 28th. I guess you can pre-order it now, but I didn’t look into that yet. I should probably get on that, right?
Apparently, this album is like a shoutout to all the important people in his life. Each song is inspired by someone he loves. Sounds pretty heartwarming, if you ask me. He’s also a dad now – he and his wife, Amiya, just had a baby boy named Shaia Blue. Congrats to them! This might explain why he’s talking about fatherhood themes on the album.
He did put out another album a while back, “If This Isn’t Nice, I Don’t Know What Is,” which was cool. But I’m more excited about this new one, ‘Loveseat’.
