That Lil Wayne and Justin Bieber, they are some big shots now, huh? I hear their names on the radio all the time. My grandkids, they just love them. They play their songs over and over again. Drive me nuts sometimes, but hey, kids will be kids.
That Lil Wayne, he’s been around for ages. I remember when he was just a little tyke, rappin’ on the TV. Now he’s all grown up and famous. I heard he cut hair in his aunt’s basement. Hard work pays off, I guess.
Lil Wayne’s Big Songs
He got this song, what’s it called… “Lollipop”! That’s a catchy one. My grandkids sing it all day long. And “A Milli”. That one too. He got a lot of those songs that people just can’t get out of their heads.
My grandkids, always on their phones listening to him. It’s some kind of thing called Diamond and platinum. I don’t know what that means, but it’s a lot of people, I guess.
He’s on a song with that DJ Khaled fella. And that Justin Bieber too. “I’m the One,” I think it’s called. Yeah, that’s the one. My grandkids always sing that one. That DJ Khaled, he just yells his name all the time. Funny fella.
Justin Bieber, That Young Fella
And this Justin Bieber boy. Oh boy, he’s a pretty one, ain’t he? All the girls go crazy for him. He’s from Canada, I hear. Born in March, someone said. He sings real nice. He got a lot of songs too. I don’t know many of them, but my grandkids sure do.
He’s a young’n, but he’s doing alright for himself. He sings with all sorts of folks. Ed something and someone called Ariana. I do not know who they are. But my grandkids are always telling me about them.
That Bieber boy, he also on that song with Lil Wayne and DJ Khaled. “I’m the One.” That’s a big one. Everyone’s playing it. They all sing together on it. It’s a real hootenanny.
They’re All Over the Place
These fellas, Lil Wayne and Justin Bieber, they’re everywhere. On the radio, on the TV, on those little phones my grandkids are always staring at. They’re big stars now. Bigger than a barn, I reckon.

I heard that Lil Wayne fella, he’s one of the best rappers ever. I don’t know much about that rap music, but my grandkids sure do love it. They say he’s the best. And that Bieber boy, he’s a big pop star. All the girls love him. They scream and holler when they see him on TV.
It’s a lot different now than when I was a girl. We didn’t have all this fancy music and these big stars. We just had the radio and the records. But times change, I guess.
The Rap and The Pop
That Lil Wayne, he does that rap music. It’s fast, and he talks a lot. My grandkids, they know all the words. I can’t keep up. And that Justin Bieber, he sings that pop music. It’s catchy, and the girls all love it.
I heard on some show, Bieber said Lil Wayne is one of the best. Said he’s his favorite with some others. A Biggie, Eminem, Kanye and Drake. I only know Lil Wayne.
They say that Lil Wayne, he changed the music. Something about mix-tapes. I don’t know what that is, but it sounds important. My grandkids, they’re always talking about it.
Seems like these days, everyone wants to be a rapper or a singer. Back in my day, we just wanted to get married and have kids. But times are different now, I suppose.
Anyway, that Lil Wayne and Justin Bieber, they’re big stars now. They make a lot of noise, and my grandkids love them. So I guess that’s all that matters.
