Okay, so, I’ve been eyeing these Nike Cortez in green and white for a while now. I finally decided to pull the trigger. I’ve always been a fan of the Cortez style, you know? It’s just so classic and seems to go with everything. It reminds me of something from the 70s, super retro which I love.

First, I hit up the Nike website. Nothing. Then I checked out a few other online stores like ASOS and GOAT. Prices were all over the place, from $68 to like, $122! Seriously? It’s crazy how much the price can vary. One time I saw on Poshmark you can save up to 70% off. I also found a store like Hibbett that offers free shipping. That would be a great deal.
After scouring the internet for a couple of days, I stumbled upon a listing on GOAT for a decent price. It wasn’t the cheapest, but the seller had good reviews, and they guaranteed buyer protection, so I felt pretty good about it. I pulled the trigger on March 20th, they had just been released.
Waiting for them to arrive was torture! Every day, I was checking the tracking information like a hawk. Finally, they arrived.
I ripped open the box, and there they were. The green is this really cool, vintage shade, and the white is super clean. It has a streamlined silhouette that makes it easy to wear for any outfit. I tried them on, and they fit perfectly. They’re surprisingly comfortable, too. I wore them with some jeans and a simple white tee, and it looked great. I can already tell these are going to be my go-to sneakers for the spring and summer. Emily Ratajkowski also prefers it, so I felt even cooler while wearing it. This style will take you from weekday to weekend with ease!
- Pros
- Classic and stylish.
- Comfortable for everyday wear.
I’ve worn them a few times now, and I’ve gotten so many compliments. If you’re thinking about getting a pair of Nike Cortez, I’d say go for it. Just make sure you shop around for the best price!
