Okay, today I’m gonna talk about how I ended up getting a pave watch. You know, it all started with me just browsing around, looking for something shiny, something that would really stand out.

First, I started with what I really wanted, I started looking at all sorts of watches. I mean, there are so many out there, right? I started noticing these beautiful watches, all covered in diamonds, and I thought, “Wow, those look amazing.”
Then, I started digging deeper, I checked out a bunch of brands. I saw some from Girard-Perregaux, but I wasn’t sure about the style. I mean it has to be practical too, something I can actually wear.
Researched My Options
- Looked at different brands: I spent hours online, just looking at all the different options.
- Considered water resistance: I knew I needed something that could handle a bit of water, you know, just in case. Like, 100m water resistance seemed pretty good to me.
- Thought about the size: I didn’t want anything too big or too small. A 34mm or 40mm case seemed like it would be just right for my wrist.
Next, I went on doing some researches on shapes, and found that round shape is the most common one, which also looks good to me.
After that, I started to think about what kind of strap I wanted. At first, I thought about stainless steel, but then I remembered those fabric straps that soldiers used to wear in WW1. And there is this Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch. It looks good and has manual-winding movement.
Finally, I narrowed it down. I was looking at a few different models, all with that pave setting that I loved. I found one from COACH, a silver-tone one with a crystal-adorned dial. It looked so sparkly!

In the end, I made my decision. I went for a watch that not only looked stunning but also felt right for me. It was a bit of a splurge, but hey, you only live once, right? And now, every time I wear it, I feel like a million bucks. It’s a conversation starter, for sure!
