Okay, so, I’ve been diving deep into red carpet looks lately, and I just had to share this one with you guys. I’m talking about Bella Hadid at the Met Gala in 2017. What a moment! I remember seeing the pictures and thinking, “Wow, she’s really pulling that off.”
I got sucked in and I just started digging around to find out everything about that outfit. Firstly I googled “Bella Hadid Met Gala 2017” to make sure I got the correct year.
- Found a lot of articles. Most of them were just gushing over her.
- Clicked on a few, and it turns out it was an Alexander Wang catsuit. I recognized the name as some kind of fancy designer.
So, I went down another rabbit hole, checking out this Alexander Wang guy. I saw that Bella had worn some other stuff by him before. Apparently, she wore a “chain-mail beaded tank dress” by him another time. Makes sense, I guess they have a good thing going.
Finding Pictures
Next, I wanted to see all the pictures I could find. I typed “Bella Hadid Met Gala 2017 photos” into the image search.
- Saw a bunch of thumbnails.
- Opened a few in new tabs. Some were just okay.
- Then I found some really good ones on that one picture website – can’t recall the name now.
I saved a few of my favorites. I might use them as inspiration for my own outfits. You never know, right?
This whole process took me a good few hours. I started in the afternoon, got distracted by dinner, then went back to it until way past my bedtime. But it was worth it. I feel like I have a better understanding of the look. It is not just a nice outfit, it is a whole story, you know?
