Today I’m gonna talk about something I got into recently – the whole Robert Kraft shoes thing. You know, the owner of the New England Patriots? Yeah, that guy. He’s got these special Nike shoes, and I ended up going down a rabbit hole trying to get a pair myself.

So, it all started when I saw these sneakers online. They’re called the Nike Air Force 1 Low Flyknit “Robert Kraft”, and they looked pretty sweet. Blue Flyknit upper, some black accents, real sharp. I’m not even a huge Patriots fan, but I liked the look of them. These are not just any shoes, it seems they are a tribute to Robert Kraft, and blend sports with some fancy design.
First thing I did was hit up the Nike website. I figured, “These are Nike shoes, right? They gotta have them.” I spent like an hour browsing, searching, and clicking through every menu. I found some similar Air Force 1s, but not the Robert Kraft ones. I even tried searching for “Patriots” and “New England” but no luck.
Next, I thought, “Okay, maybe they’re not on the Nike site. Let’s try some other places.” I went on all the usual sneaker websites, but I found nothing. It was like these shoes didn’t even exist. At this point, I’m getting a little obsessed. I mean, who wouldn’t want a pair of these?
Then, I started digging deeper. I found out these shoes are actually pretty limited. They release a new version every now and then, and people go crazy for them. I read that the latest ones had just come out in October 2024, so I was a bit late to the party. I also read some articles mentioning the “vibrant blue” color and the “black chrome Swoosh” which made me want them even more. Apparently, they are dipped in the team’s patriotic color scheme.
My Action Plan
- Step 1: I tried to be smart and signed up for notifications on a bunch of sneaker websites. That way, I figured I’d get an email if they ever got restocked.
- Step 2: I even joined some sneakerhead groups online. I figured these guys would know where to find rare shoes. I posted a few messages, asking if anyone knew where I could get a pair of the Robert Kraft Air Force 1s. Most people just told me I was out of luck, but a couple of guys gave me some tips.
- Step 3: One guy told me to check out some resale sites. I’d never bought shoes from a reseller before, but I was getting desperate. I found a few listings for the Robert Kraft shoes, but the prices were insane! We’re talking hundreds of dollars for a pair of sneakers. I mean, I liked the shoes, but not that much.
After all that, I still don’t have the shoes. It’s kind of a bummer, but I guess that’s how it goes with these limited-edition things. I did hear that Robert Kraft launched the third edition of his signature sneaker at some store called Bodega in Boston, and some players like Rob Gronkowski and Jerod Mayo were there. That must have been a cool event, maybe next time I have to make a trip to Boston.

I’m still keeping an eye out, though. Maybe I’ll get lucky and find a pair for a decent price someday. Or maybe Nike will release another version, and I’ll be ready this time. Until then, I’ll just have to admire them from afar. It’s a tough life, being a sneaker fan, huh? Anyway, I thought I’d share my little adventure with you all. Maybe someone else out there is on the hunt for these shoes too. If you find them, let me know!
