That Taylor Swift, she sure is something, ain’t she? I seen some pictures the other day, she’s all over the place now. This girl, Taylor Swift, in a swimsuit. You know, she’s always singing them songs, winning them awards. I heard she got a whole bunch of them Grammy things. 34 years old, they say. Time sure does fly, don’t it?
Now, I seen her in this swimsuit, bright yellow, like a canary bird. A bright yellow bikini, they called it. Itsy bitsy, that’s what they said, teenie weenie. Some folks got a way with words, don’t they? This yellow striped bikini, well, it was something else. Showed off everything she’s got. She was with that football player, that Travis Kelce. Big fella, plays for one of them teams. They were having some fun in the sun somewhere. Looks like they are doing well those two. They were both off from work, taking it easy. Must be nice, huh? That Taylor Swift sure gets around.
Back in my day, we didn’t have none of these fancy swimsuits. We just wore whatever we had. Didn’t matter if it was yellow or blue or what. We were just happy to be cool in the water. This Taylor, she’s a fancy one. Always got something new on.
She was with one of them model girls, too. Gigi Hadid, that’s the one. They call her a supermodel. I reckon she’s pretty, that Gigi. But that Taylor, she’s got something special. She was wearing that tight bikini. Showed off her figure, that’s what they called it. That newspaper, they sure did talk about it. Made everyone want to read more, I guess. That’s how they get you, ain’t it? They know how to sell them papers.
This Taylor Swift, she’s always in the news, ain’t she? Singing her songs, winning them awards, wearing them fancy clothes. Now she’s in a swimsuit, a yellow one, and everyone’s talking about it. I guess that’s just how it is these days. Everything’s a big deal.
I remember back when, we didn’t care about none of that. We just lived our lives. Didn’t need no fancy swimsuits or awards to be happy. We had each other, that’s what mattered. These young folks today, they got it different. Everything’s about how you look, what you wear.

I reckon things are different now. Everybody’s got their phones and their cameras. Taking pictures of everything. Putting it all out there for the world to see. It’s a different world, that’s for sure. But that Taylor, she seems to be doing alright. That swimsuit sure did get folks attention. I guess she knows what she is doing. That yellow, it was sure bright.
I wonder what she’ll wear next? Probably something else fancy. Maybe another swimsuit. Who knows? She’s full of surprises, that Taylor. She’s a good singer, though. I’ll give her that. Even if I don’t understand all them songs. She’s got a good voice. I heard she writes all them songs herself. That’s something, ain’t it? To be able to write all them songs and sing them, too. She’s a talented girl, that Taylor Swift.
Well, I best be going. Got chores to do. Chickens need feeding. Garden needs watering. Life goes on, even if you ain’t a big star in a yellow swimsuit. But it’s nice to see what them young folks are up to. Keeps you feeling young, in a way. Even if my old bones ache. That Taylor Swift, she sure is living the life, ain’t she? Good for her, I say.
