Okay, so, let’s talk about LV crossbody bags. I’ve been on a bit of a journey with these, and I thought I’d share my experience, ’cause why not, right?
It all started a few years ago when I was looking for a new bag. I wanted something stylish, but also practical, you know? Something I could wear every day, but that would also look good when I dressed up a bit. I’d always admired Louis Vuitton bags, but they were always a bit out of my price range. So, I started doing some research. I looked at tons of different styles, read reviews, watched videos, the whole nine yards.
And then I discovered the Speedy. I know, I know, it’s a classic, but there’s a reason for that! It was first made way back in 1932, which is crazy to think about, and they added a crossbody strap in 2012. The Speedy comes in different sizes, like 25, 30, 35, and 40. I went for the Speedy 25 ’cause I wanted something compact, but still big enough to fit all my essentials. I also opted for the version with the strap because, well, convenience.
I was a little hesitant at first, spending that much money on a bag. But let me tell you, it was worth it. The quality is just amazing. The canvas is so durable, and the stitching is perfect. I’ve been using it almost every day for a few years now, and it still looks brand new.
But my journey didn’t end there. I got the Speedy but started to wonder about other bags that could add to my growing love of crossbody bags. I started to look at the Alma style and thought to myself “Wow this could be nice for those dressier occasions.”
These bags hold their value, too. I’ve seen people selling used ones online for almost the same price as new ones. It’s like an investment, sort of. But for me, it’s more than that. It’s about having a bag that I love, that makes me feel good when I wear it.
I’ve even started thinking about getting another one, maybe a different style this time. I think I need to look closely at LV and find my next great bag.
So, yeah, that’s my story with LV crossbody bags. It’s been a good one so far, and I’m excited to see where it goes next. If you’re thinking about getting one, I say go for it. It’s a splurge, but it’s one you won’t regret.
