Alright, so I’ve been thinking about getting a new shoulder bag for a while now. You know, something classy but also practical for everyday use. And I kept coming back to Louis Vuitton. I mean, they’re like the gold standard for bags, right?

First off, I started by looking at their different models. I remembered seeing those big tote-like bags, the Neverfull, all over the place, especially when traveling. Turns out, they launched those back in 2007, so they’ve been popular for a while. But I also looked into the Speedy, which is a classic – they’ve been around since the 1930s! I read somewhere they are super popular, that’s a good sign for me, makes me feel like I am making a good choice.
I spent a good chunk of time browsing through pictures and descriptions online. It’s kind of overwhelming with all the options, but it was fun too. I found it interesting that these bags are not just fashion statements. The information I got showed that LV bags are a good choice if you want to resale in the future. It seemed that they can actually go up in value! I thought, “Wow, that’s like an investment.”
Then I started looking into the smaller sizes. There were these cute ones called Favorite PM and MM. Learned that the only difference is the size, with the PM being around 9.5 by 5.5 by 1.6 inches. They looked perfect for just carrying the essentials – phone, wallet, keys, you know?
- Decided to go to a physical store to see them in person.
- Tried on a few different models. The Speedy was nice, but a bit too big for what I wanted.
- Fell in love with the Favorite PM. It was just the right size and felt so comfortable on my shoulder.
- Checked the price tag. It was definitely a splurge, but I reminded myself it’s an investment, haha.
- Finally made the purchase! I walked out of the store feeling like a million bucks.
So yeah, that’s my little adventure of getting an LV shoulder bag. It was a bit of a process, but I’m so happy with my new bag. It’s stylish, practical, and hopefully, it’ll last me for years to come. Plus, who knows, maybe it’ll even be worth more someday!
