Today I want to talk about how I get started using Dial shower gel.

I picked up a bottle of Dial shower gel at the store the other day. It was on sale, and I’d heard good things about it, so I figured, why not? It’s not like I have a specific brand I swear by.
First off, the packaging is pretty simple. It’s a clear plastic bottle, so you can see the colorful gel inside. I noticed it says “new & improved” on the label, which is always a good sign. They also claim it’s gentle on all skin types and free of parabens, phthalates, and silicones. All that stuff that’s not good for you, you know? Plus, they’re boasting about using 100% PCR plastic for the bottle. I’m not sure, but I think this is eco-friendly.
When I got home, I was eager to try it out. The first thing I did was give it a good sniff. It has a really fresh and clean scent, not too overpowering. I went into the bathroom, and hopped in the shower, then squeezed a bit of the gel onto my loofah.
It lathered up really nicely, way better than some of the other gels I’ve used. I mean, a little went a long way. I started scrubbing away, and I have to say, it felt pretty good. Not too harsh or anything. Just a nice, clean feeling. I made sure I washed every nook and cranny, you know how it is.
- Then came the rinse test. Sometimes these gels can leave a weird residue, but not this one.
- It rinsed off super easily, leaving my skin feeling squeaky clean.
After I dried off, I noticed my skin felt surprisingly soft. Not dry or tight like with some other soaps. I even skipped the lotion, just to see how it would hold up. And honestly, my skin still felt pretty good hours later.

So, overall, I’m pretty happy with this Dial shower gel. It’s a solid choice for an everyday body wash. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try if you’re looking for something new, especially if it’s on sale like when I found it! It’s nothing fancy, but it gets the job done, and that’s all I really need, right?
