Okay, so today I wanna talk about this “Mary Moses” thing I got into. You know, I’m always trying different stuff, seeing what works and what’s just a bunch of hype.

It all started when I was reading some old history books. I stumbled upon this name, “Moses,” and it got me thinking. I mean, this guy’s a big deal in history, right? Apparently, there’s no prophet in Israel like him. It says a lot about him, it’s inspiring. And then I thought, “What about the women behind this famous guy?” That’s where “Mary Moses” popped into my head.
So, I started digging. Turns out, women played a huge role in Moses’s story. They were key to helping him become this major prophet who led people out of Egypt and brought those Ten Commandments down the mountain. It really got me thinking about how women’s roles often get overlooked in these big historical events.
And I didn’t stop there. I found this cool fact that Moses was also inspired by the places he lived in. After he got married, he moved around, from New York to the South, even lived in the Shenandoah Valley for a while. These places influenced him, which makes sense, right? Our surroundings always shape us in some way.
Then, it hit me – this whole thing about “Mary Moses” isn’t just about looking back at history. It’s also about looking forward. It’s like that saying, “Life is what we make it, always has been, always will be.” We can learn from the past, from people like Moses and the women around him, and use that to shape our own futures. It’s like how some people say you can paint anything if you know it well. But then again, some folks say it’s better to just buy chickens! Funny, huh?
My “Mary Moses” Project
So, here’s what I did. I decided to create something that represents this whole idea of “Mary Moses.” It’s a mix of looking back and looking forward, just like that saying about memory and hope.

- First, I made a list of all the women who helped Moses.
- Then, I researched their stories, trying to understand their struggles and triumphs.
- After that, I tried to find a way to connect their stories to my own life, to the lives of women today.
- Finally, I created a piece of artwork that represents all of this. I’m not gonna tell you too much about it, because I want you to see it for yourself and make up your own mind about what it means.
This whole “Mary Moses” thing has been a real journey. It’s made me think a lot about history, about the roles of women, and about how we can all learn from the past to create a better future. Hope you guys find it as interesting as I did!
