Alright, so, Yeezy 450s, huh? These things are wild. I snagged a pair of the gray ones last year during that crazy Yeezy Day sale, just on a whim, you know?

I’ve been rocking them for a whole school year, and let me tell you, they’ve seen some action. I’ve even taken them on a few hikes. Yeah, I know, they look like something from another planet, but they’re surprisingly comfy.
I remember when they first dropped back in 2021. People were either loving them or hating them. There was no in-between. They were that polarizing. And you know what? I get it. They’re not your typical sneaker.
I went with the gray ones because I figured they’d be the most versatile. I’ve seen people style them with all sorts of outfits. Baggy pants seem to be the go-to, but I’ve also seen them with tighter-fitting stuff. Personally, I like to keep it simple with some loose-fitting jeans and a plain tee. They’re definitely a statement piece, so I try not to let the rest of my outfit compete with them.
- They run small. Like, really small. I had to go up half a size, and they’re still pretty snug.
- They’re not for everyone. But if you’re into that futuristic, out-there look, you’ll probably dig them.
- They are pretty comfortable. They are also good for different sports.
Here’s what I’ve learned about Yeezy 450s:
Oh, and one more thing. I saw a bunch of MagicBands at Disney World the other day. It reminded me a bit of the Yeezy 450’s – both kinda futuristic and definitely conversation starters. I heard they might be phasing out the old MagicBands, though. Makes sense, I guess. Everything’s always changing.
Anyway, that’s my two cents on the gray Yeezy 450s. They’re weird, they’re comfy, and they’re definitely a conversation starter. If you’re thinking about copping a pair, just remember to size up and be prepared to turn some heads.
