These people can do all sorts of things, like making two-dimensional images and simple black and white effects.
Anyway, I started practicing. I mean, I wasn’t about to start hiring people without knowing what I was doing. So, I grabbed some paper and pencils and started sketching. It was rough at first, but I kept at it. I watched some videos, read some articles, and just kept practicing. Slowly but surely, I started to get the hang of it. It’s not easy, that’s for sure! I mean it’s so difficult for me to draw a straight line!

I can actually make some money doing it! It’s pretty awesome to be able to turn something you enjoy into a side hustle. So, yeah, that’s my story of becoming a jewelry illustrator. It’s been a fun and challenging journey, but I’m glad I took the leap.
