You can’t just walk in. I had to register beforehand, show proof I’m in the industry, the whole deal. No way was I missing out.
Once I got to Vegas, the scale of this thing hit me. It was massive! Everyone who’s anyone in the jewelry world was there. I’m talking designers, suppliers, buyers like me – you name it. It is the largest in the world in terms of the number of exhibitors and visitors. My main goal? To scout out the latest trends, find some unique pieces, and hopefully not blow my entire budget in the first hour.
- I started by walking the floor, just taking it all in. I made a beeline for the booths with stuff that caught my eye. There were so many cool designs!
