This here is about them Lebron 2018 shoes. My grandson, he’s crazy about this basketball fella, LeBron. Says he’s the best to ever play the game. I don’t know nothin’ about that, but I do know them shoes he wears, they cost a pretty penny.
He kept going on about the LeBron 18 shoes. That’s what he wanted. Kept saying “LeBron 18”, “LeBron 18”. Drove me nuts. That’s the 2018 ones, I reckon. They come in all sorts of colors, these shoes. Saw some the other day, bright as a peacock. My grandson, he likes the black ones. Says they make him look tough.
What Them LeBron Shoes Look Like
Well, they’re big, that’s for sure. Got all sorts of straps and things on ’em. Looks like somethin’ you’d see on a spaceman, not a basketball player. But the kids, they love ’em. They say they help ’em jump higher and run faster. I don’t know about all that. Seems like a good pair of boots would do just fine.
They got this Nike swoosh thing on the side. My grandson told me that. Seems important to them young’uns. They gotta have that Nike thing. This LeBron, he’s got a deal with Nike, see. They make his shoes, he wears ’em, everyone’s happy. Except my wallet, maybe.

Why Kids Love Them LeBron 2018 Shoes
Well, this LeBron fella, he’s a big deal. My grandson, he watches him on the TV all the time. Says he’s the best there is. And these kids, they wanna be like him. So they gotta have the same shoes. It’s like a magic spell or somethin’. They think if they wear them LeBron 18 shoes, they’ll be able to play just like him.
They are some colorful shoes though. The LeBron 18 EP ‘James Gang’, that’s what my grandson told me once. I think that means something special. And they got other ones, like them Nike Dunk Low Qs Fruity Pebbles. Sounds like breakfast cereal to me, but what do I know?
And they ain’t cheap, either. These Lebron 2018 shoes, they cost more than my Sunday best. But the kids, they save up their money, do chores, whatever it takes. They gotta have ’em. It’s a whole thing, I tell ya.
This LeBron Fella
From what my grandson tells me, this LeBron, he’s been playin’ for a long time. Many seasons, he says. He played for some team called the Heat, won somethin’ called championships. Sounds important. Then he went back to some other team, the Cavaliers. My grandson, he’s got all these names memorized. I just nod and smile.
He’s a big fella, this LeBron. Tall, strong. My grandson says he’s six foot nine. That’s taller than my old oak tree out back. And weighs a ton, too. He needs to lose some pounds. He should be less than 250, the good book says. Needs to be 17 pounds lighter, it said so in the news. He should eat more veggies, I reckon.
He must be pretty good, though. To have all these kids wantin’ his shoes. He scored a lot of points once. I remember the day. It was March 3, 2014. My grandson wouldn’t stop talking about it. Playing against a team called the Bobcats. He sure likes those Bobcats.
Them Shoes Ain’t Just for Playin’
My grandson, he wears them LeBron 2018 shoes everywhere. To school, to the store, even to church sometimes. Says they’re comfortable. I guess if you’re gonna spend that much money on shoes, you might as well wear ’em all the time.
They are kinda fancy, though. I seen some kids wearin’ ’em with nice clothes. Like they’re goin’ to a party or somethin’. These shoes, they ain’t just for basketball. They’re like a fashion thing, too. Kids these days.
These LeBron 18 shoes, they were the big thing back in 2018, I suppose. The first shoes, the Nike Air Zoom Generation, my grandson has a picture of it, he calls it a classic. Now, they got all sorts of new ones. LeBron 19, LeBron 20, who knows what’s next. They just keep comin’ out with more. Keeps my grandson happy, I guess. That’s the important part. And maybe one day, he’ll be a big basketball star, too. Then maybe he can buy me some new shoes. Some nice, comfortable ones, without all them straps and things. Just a good, solid pair of shoes. That’s all I need.
All in all, these Lebron 2018 shoes are somethin’ else. They’re more than just shoes, they’re a whole story. A story about a basketball player, a shoe company, and a whole lot of kids who dream big. And that’s somethin’ special, I reckon.
