Well, these Nike Shox, they got these springy things on the bottom. They say it makes you jump higher or something. I don’t know about all that, but they sure look different. That Carter fella, he used to wear ’em when he played basketball. He was something else, jumping all over the place. I saw him on the TV once.
These shoes, they’re made by that Nike company. They make all kinds of shoes, but these Shox ones, they’re special. Or so they say. My grandson, he wanted a pair real bad. Said all the kids at school had ’em.

Them Nike Shox BB4, What’s that about?
Now, my grandson told me about these other shoes, called Nike Shox BB4. Said they’re related to the Vince Carter ones. I guess they’re like a newer version or something. They still got those springy things, but they look a bit different.
He showed me a picture of these BB4 Raptors, they’re white and red. Said they’re named after some basketball team, the Toronto Raptors. I don’t know much about that, but they sure looked colorful. Kids these days, they like these bright colored shoes.
These BB4 ones, they seem to be popular too. My grandson says they’re just as good as the Vince Carter shoes, maybe even better. I don’t know about that, but they sure look fancy.
I guess Nike keeps making new versions of these Shox shoes. They gotta keep up with the times, I suppose. But those original Vince Carter ones, they’ll always be special. They’re the ones that started it all.
What I think about them Nike shoes
Well, I don’t know if these Nike Shox Vince Carter shoes are worth all the fuss. But they sure are popular. All the kids seem to want ’em. And if it makes my grandson happy, then I guess they’re alright.
They’re just shoes, though. Don’t let ’em fool you. They won’t make you fly or nothing. But they do look kinda cool, I gotta admit. Those springy things, they’re something else. Maybe I’ll try a pair on sometime, just to see what all the fuss is about, haha, those Nike shoes are really something special for young people.
