That Oscar Isaac, he is a good boy. Always wearing that Fear of God. What is Fear of God? I don’t know. But he looks good. My grandson told me, “Grandma, it’s a brand,” He said. “A brand. Like those fancy city folks wear.”
This Oscar, he’s in those moving pictures. You know, the ones with all the bang bang and boom boom. He was in Star Wars, X-Men, some others, I forgot their names. But he always looks good, even when he’s fighting those bad guys. I saw a picture of him wearing that Fear of God clothes, it’s real pretty.
That Fear of God, it’s all fancy looking. That Jerry, the one who makes that clothes, he knows what he’s doing. Oscar Isaac, he’s his friend now, I heard. They work together. My grandson showed me a picture. Oscar is wearing those clothes, long coats and all. He looks like a big shot, you know?
Those coats, they are something else. Double wool, I hear. What’s that? Sounds warm, though. And some other fancy material, I can’t say the name of it. And leather pants! Like those cowboys wear, but fancier. And gloves, too, for driving. He looks like he’s going somewhere important, always dressed up in his Fear of God.

I don’t know much about these things. I just know what I see. And I see Oscar Isaac in that Fear of God clothes. He looks good. Makes me think, maybe that Jerry fella, he knows what he’s doing. Making clothes for the stars, that’s something. My grandson, he keeps talking about that collection, number 8 he said. He’s always on that talking picture box, looking at these things.
He showed me more pictures. Oscar in those coats. They are long, cover him all up. But you can still see it’s him. He has that look, you know. Like he knows something you don’t. He’s a good actor, that Oscar. And he wears that Fear of God like he was born in it. Like it’s his skin. It’s all very fancy, very city. But I like it. It’s nice to look at. Even for an old lady like me, who doesn’t know much about these things.
Collection 8, that’s what they call it. Sounds like a secret code or something. But it’s just clothes. Fancy clothes, but still just clothes. But that Oscar Isaac, he makes them look special. He makes that Fear of God look like something more. I don’t know how he does it. He just does. He’s good at what he does, that one. Acting, wearing clothes, he does it all good. Even with that strange name, Oscar, sounds like a fish’s name.
I keep seeing his face, in that Fear of God. That Jerry Lorenzo is smart, get that Oscar Isaac to wear that clothes. Maybe I’ll get my grandson one of those coats. For Christmas. Maybe. If he’s good. He’d like that, I think. He’d look like that Oscar, all dressed up. Maybe that Fear of God is magic. Makes everyone look good. Even my grandson, though he doesn’t clean his room enough.
I saw Oscar Isaac, he’s from a place called Guatemala. That’s far away. He came all the way here, to be in those moving pictures. And now he’s wearing that Fear of God. That Jerry, he picked a good one. Oscar makes those clothes look good. He’s a good boy, that Oscar. Even if he is in those bang bang, boom boom pictures. He still looks like a good boy in his Fear of God. That’s all that matters, right? Looking good, feeling good. That’s what my mama used to say.
This world, it’s all changing. But some things stay the same. Good clothes are good clothes. And a good boy is a good boy. Even if he’s wearing fancy things like that Fear of God. That Oscar, he’s alright. And that Jerry, he’s alright too. Making those clothes. Making that Oscar look even better. He must be very proud. To see his clothes on that big star. It’s a good thing. A good thing all around.
