Okay, so today I’m gonna talk about getting my Virgo zodiac sign tattooed. I’ve always been into astrology and stuff, and Virgo’s my sign, so I thought, why not get it inked on me?

First, I did a bunch of research. Like, I spent hours online looking at different Virgo tattoo designs. There’s a lot of cool stuff out there, from simple constellation designs to more detailed images of the Virgo maiden. I also read up on the meaning of the Virgo sign. It’s all about being practical, detail-oriented, and a bit of a perfectionist, which, yeah, that’s me.
After I had a good idea of what I wanted, I started looking for a tattoo artist. This was kind of tough because I wanted someone who was not only good at tattoos in general but also had experience with zodiac signs. I asked around, checked out some portfolios, and finally found this artist whose work I really liked. Her lines were super clean, and she had a bunch of awesome constellation tattoos in her portfolio.
I booked a consultation with her, and we talked about what I wanted. I showed her some of the designs I liked, and we discussed placement and size. I decided to go with the classic Virgo symbol – it looks like an “M” with a little loop – on my wrist. I wanted it to be pretty small and discreet.
- Design Decision:
Initially, I was torn between the Virgo constellation and the glyph. The constellation seemed more intricate and detailed, but the glyph had this minimalist vibe I really dug. Plus, it fit better with the idea of a smaller, more subtle tattoo.
- Placement:
The wrist seemed like the perfect spot. It’s visible enough that I can see it all the time, but it’s also easy to cover up if I need to. I thought about getting it on my ankle or behind my ear, but the wrist just felt right.
The day of the tattoo finally came, and I was a little nervous, not gonna lie. But the artist was super chill and made me feel comfortable. She prepped my skin, applied the stencil, and then it was go time. The actual tattooing part didn’t take very long, maybe like 20 minutes. It stung a bit, but it wasn’t unbearable.
The Result
And voila! I had my Virgo tattoo. It turned out even better than I imagined. The lines are perfect, and it’s exactly the size I wanted. I’m so happy with it. It’s a cool little reminder of my zodiac sign and all the things it represents. Plus, it’s a great conversation starter. People are always asking me about it. So, yeah, that’s my Virgo tattoo story. If you’re thinking about getting a zodiac tattoo, I say go for it! Just make sure you do your research and find an artist you trust. It’s totally worth it in the end.
