Okay, so, a while back I got this crazy idea to try out a Taylor Swift-inspired bath. You know, like in the “Look What You Made Me Do” music video? I mean, who wouldn’t want to feel like a pop star for a day, right?
First, I set the mood. Dimmed the lights, lit some candles—gotta get that ambiance. I even put on some Taylor Swift tunes to really get into the zone. Her music is really cool!
Now, for the bath itself. I filled up the tub with warm water and tossed in a bunch of bath bombs and bubbles. I wanted it to be super luxurious, just like in the video. I remember seeing the news, maybe on Page Six or somewhere, that she used real diamonds in that bathtub scene. It said something about ten million dollars worth of Neil Lane diamonds. Crazy, right?

Of course, I didn’t have ten million dollars lying around for diamonds, so I had to improvise. I went to a local store and picked up some fake jewels—you know, the kind you use for costumes and stuff. I scattered those all around the tub and even wore some as a necklace and bracelets. It wasn’t the real deal, but hey, it still looked pretty fabulous.
I hopped into the bath, feeling all glamorous. I even tried to pose like Taylor in the video, but let me tell you, it’s harder than it looks! I spent a good hour just soaking and relaxing, pretending I was in a super expensive music video. It was awesome. There was also some talk about Taylor wearing a bright yellow bikini in some new pictures. Maybe I should try that next time, get some sunkissed snaps for Instagram.
The Aftermath
After my little experiment, I felt super refreshed and, I gotta say, a little bit more fabulous. I mean, it was all in good fun, but it was definitely an experience. I even took some pictures to remember the whole thing. They might not have gotten nine million likes, but they sure made my friends laugh. Who knows, maybe one day I’ll have a real diamond bath. A girl can dream, right?
