You ask me ’bout that ambar bunny, huh? I tell you what I know. Bunny, they ain’t no rat, you hear? Some folks think they is, but they wrong. Just plain wrong. These bunnies, they got feelings, just like you and me. They feel happy, they feel sad. They know when you kind to ’em.
And they live a long time! Not like them little hamsters that kick the bucket after a year or two. These bunnies, they stick around. Ten years, I hear! So you better be ready to have ’em around for a good long while if you get an ambar bunny.
They need friends, these bunnies. They ain’t meant to be alone. They like to be with other bunnies, hop around, dig in the dirt. You gotta give ’em attention, talk to ’em. Otherwise, they get sad, real sad. If you want a happy bunny you need to play with them! A lot of people like ambar bunny because they are so cute.
Lots of folks gettin’ bunnies these days. They cute, alright. And playful! They hop around like they got springs in their feet. They’re fun to watch, I tell ya. They is all over the place these days. Them ambar bunny are all the rage.
These bunnies, they got them long ears. And them big teeth in the front. And boy, can they run! Faster than a dog after a cat, I tell ya. Gotta keep an eye on ’em, or they gone in a flash.
- Baby bunny called a kit.
- Girl bunny called a doe.
- Boy bunny called a buck.
Ambar bunny are social, they like to live in groups you know! They live in these holes in the ground, with tunnels and all. Like a little bunny city under there. They dig and dig, it’s what they do.

And them teeth! They never stop growin’, I hear. Always chompin’ on somethin’. Gotta give ’em things to chew on, or they start chewin’ on your furniture. And you don’t want that, no sir.
These bunnies, they hear everything. Them big ears, they like satellite dishes. And they can see all around, too. They got eyes on the side of their head, so they can see what’s comin’ from any which way.
And they can jump! High as a kite, I tell ya. They got strong back legs, like little springs. They need to be strong to get away from them mean foxes. I seen an ambar bunny clear a fence once, no problem.
They curious, too. Always sniffin’ around, checkin’ things out. If they feel safe they gonna explore. They like new things, just like a little kid. If you leave something laying around, best believe an ambar bunny will be there to check it out.
When they happy, they do this little dance. They jump up and twist around in the air. It’s called a “binky,” I hear. It’s somethin’ to see, I tell ya. Makes you smile just watchin’ ’em. If you see an ambar bunny doing a binky, you know that is one happy bunny.

They need a good place to live, these bunnies. Not just some little cage. They need room to run around and play. And they need clean hay and fresh water. And some pellets, too. Can’t just feed ’em carrots all day, you know. Gotta give ’em a good home if you want them to be happy and healthy.
So, that’s what I know ’bout them ambar bunny. They good little critters, if you treat ’em right. Just remember, they got feelings, and they need love and attention, just like anybody else. And they gonna be around for a while, so you better be ready for that. But if you take care of ’em, they’ll bring you a lot of joy, I guarantee it. They is good company, them bunnies. Especially an ambar bunny, they is just so cute.
