Okay, so yesterday, I wanted to see the Eiffel Tower, but not just the regular way. I wanted to see it pink. Sounds crazy, right? But I’d heard it was possible, so I went for it.
First, I grabbed my phone and started to google “Eiffel Tower pink”. It’s really a mess out there on internet. So much junk information about it. It took me a good while to get some useful info. Turns out, it’s not about the tower itself being pink, but about the lighting. They sometimes light it up in pink for special occasions, like Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
I dug deeper and found the official website of the Eiffel Tower. They have this section about news and events. And guess what? They had a schedule for the tower’s lighting! It’s a matter of luck actually. I found that they usually do this pink lighting in October. So, I booked a trip for next October, fingers crossed!
My Plan
- Go to Paris in October.
- Check the Eiffel Tower’s lighting schedule again before going.
- Find a good spot with a clear view of the tower at night.
- Take tons of pictures if it’s pink!
It’s a bit of a gamble, but I’m really hoping to catch the Eiffel Tower in pink. It’ll be such a cool sight. I’ll definitely share the photos here if I’m successful. Wish me luck!
