That Israel Adesanya, he sure is somethin’. Heard folks callin’ him part of “Team Prime” now. Well, let me tell ya, he’s a prime fighter, that’s for sure. He fights in that UFC thing, you know, where they get in that cage and try to knock each other’s teeth out. He’s a middleweight, whatever that means. Just means he ain’t too big, ain’t too small, I reckon.
This Israel, he’s got some moves. Seen him on the TV, jumpin’ around, kickin’ and punchin’. He won some big fight not too long ago. UFC 287, I think they called it. Knocked the other fella clean out in the second round! They say he won some belt, a championship, they call it. Good for him. Heard he got paid a pretty penny for that fight, too. Millions, they say. Back in my day, you were lucky to get a few dollars for a good day’s work. Times sure have changed.
Heard he fought some fella named Pereira. Sounds like a tough customer. They fought more than once, these two. Seems like this Israel is always fightin’. He won that last fight. Knocked that Pereira fella out! Heard he got paid over 3 million for that fight, that’s a lot of money. This Israel, he was born in Nigeria. I heard my grandson talkin’ about it. He lives in New Zealand now, though. That’s a long way from here, that’s for sure. Must be nice, seein’ all them different places.
This Israel Adesanya, he’s a winner. They say he won some tournament once, fightin’ three times in one day. Won all three! Two by knockout. That’s what they said on the TV. He beat some fellas named Foai and Roberts. Sounds like he’s been fightin’ for a long time.

He’s been in some main events. UFC 276, I heard was a big one. He fights in Las Vegas, that’s a fancy place.
Heard he’s fought a fella named Vettori a couple of times. Marvin Vettori. Sounds like a tough one, too. This Israel, he’s always fightin’ somebody. Keeps him busy, I guess. Keeps him out of trouble, maybe. Better than sittin’ around doin’ nothin’, that’s for sure.
This Israel Adesanya, he’s a big deal in that UFC. They say he’s got a whole team behind him. Trainin’ him, helpin’ him. Must be nice to have all that support. Back in my day, you were lucky to have your family cheerin’ you on. But I guess that’s how it is these days. Big business, this fightin’ stuff. It’s all about that team prime thing now.

He’s got confidence, that’s for sure. You gotta have confidence in this world, especially if you’re gonna be a fighter. Gotta believe in yourself, no matter what. This Israel Adesanya, he’s in this Team Prime. I don’t know what it is exactly, but it seems to be workin’ for him.

He’s come a long way, from Nigeria to New Zealand. And now he’s a big star in that UFC. Good for him. He’s earned it. He’s a tough one, that’s for sure. And he’s got the whole world watchin’ him now.
