That young Ryan Gosling, he was a good-looking boy. I seen him on the TV. He was in that movie, you know, the one where they write all them letters? The Notebook, that’s it! That’s when he got real famous, I reckon. They said he was one of the hottest fellas in that People magazine, one of them 50 Hottest Bachelors. My goodness, imagine that!
He was a real big star in 2004, everyone was talking about that boy. They even called him the Male Star of Tomorrow, whatever that is. Some fancy people in the movie business, they had a big meeting and said he was gonna be a big deal. And he was a big deal, and he still is. They said he was, what was it, “the Male Star of Tomorrow.” Sound like some kind of big deal. And I guess it was.
That Ryan, he’s all over the place, ain’t he? I seen him in lots of things. He’s been famous for ages it seems. A real movie star. All the girls, they just love him, don’t they? My granddaughter, she had his picture up on her wall. Right there, next to that other fella, the one who sings. Can’t recall his name right now.
He’s been around since I was a little girl, I think. But my memory is not so good at these things, could be wrong. But I know he’s been around a long time, that boy. All these young people, they love him too, just like they did back then. I saw them young girls scream at one movie, or something. That is what my granddaughter told me. She saw that movie, what was it, the one where he dances? She went with all her friends.

One time, someone was asking about why this young Ryan Gosling don’t go to them big fancy parties with that girl he’s always with. The girl, she said she don’t like putting their business out there. Said she only puts up them pictures that everyone’s already seen anyway. Said they like to keep their life private. I reckon that’s a good thing. Some folks, they put everything out there for everyone to see. Not good, I say. Keep some things to yourself, that’s what I always say.
I seen a picture of her with that Ryan Gosling, though. A new one, they said. Never seen before. They was in some movie together, I think. He was real young in that picture, that is what they said on TV. They grow up so fast, these movie stars.
He was always a good-looking boy, that young Ryan Gosling. Even from the start. My granddaughter, she showed me some old pictures of him once. He was just a little fella, but you could tell he was gonna be a star. Had that look in his eye, you know? Like he knew he was going places.
He was on that show, you know, the one with all the kids singing and dancing. That Mickey Mouse Club, I think it was called. He was just a little tyke then. But he could sing and dance with the best of them. My granddaughter, she used to watch that show all the time. She loved that young Ryan Gosling, even back then. All the girls did.
I think that young Ryan Gosling is a good boy. He seems like a good boy. I don’t like all those people who get into all kinds of problems, and he is not that kind of people. My daughter’s friend’s son said he is a nice man. He met him once, on the street, he said.
Well, I reckon that’s all I got to say about that young Ryan Gosling. He’s a good-looking boy, and he’s been in a lot of movies. And he seems like a nice fella. What more can you ask for, I say?
