OK, guys, let me tell you about something fun I messed around with the other day. So I saw this thing online about Google adding a little game to their search engine, this “Red Light, Green Light” game from that crazy popular show, Squid Game. You know, the one with that giant creepy doll, Young-hee? Yeah, that one.
So I thought, “Why not give it a shot?” I opened up my browser and typed “squid game” into Google. And bam, there it was, a little animation of the doll playing the game, right there in the search results. It looked pretty cool, to be honest.
I started to click the animation. And I started to moving my mouse around to play the game. It’s pretty simple, you just move your mouse when it’s “green light” and stop when it’s “red light.” Just like in the show, except, you know, without the whole dying part. I played a few rounds, and it was actually pretty fun!
Then I started reading a bit more about this doll and the game. It turns out, in the show, this game, “Red Light, Green Light,” was used to cut down the players from 456 to 197. And apparently, the first guy to get eliminated was player 324, poor fella. It’s kind of wild to think about how many people got knocked out just in that one game!
I gotta say, it’s a pretty clever little Easter egg that Google put in. And the doll, Young-hee, even if she’s super creepy, is a pretty iconic part of the show. It’s neat how they brought that little piece of the Squid Game universe into the real world, even if it’s just a simple little game on a search engine.
