Alright, so I’ve been keeping an eye on this whole CLOT x adidas collab thing. Yeah, the one with Edison Chen, that guy’s a big deal, you know. He’s the creative director at CLOT, and he’s all about mixing those cool traditional Chinese designs with modern streetwear. They make some great stuff. Seriously, I’ve seen some of their stuff sell out crazy fast when they work with other brands.
So, they’ve been teasing this adidas partnership for a while, and I’ve been trying to figure out when stuff’s actually dropping. First, I saw something about an apparel collection, part of CLOT’s November Collection, coming out on the CONFIRMED app. I went ahead and downloaded the app and saw the notification. They said it’d be available starting November 18th. Marked that on my calendar, of course.
Then there was some talk about the CLOT Gazelles. Those were supposed to be available on November 22nd. I made sure to check the app and signed up for adidas’ own raffle through their Confirmed app. That’s kind of a lottery system they have for these hyped releases. You gotta be quick with those things.
- Downloaded the CONFIRMED app.
- Checked out the CLOT November Collection and noted the November 18th date.
- Signed up for the CLOT Gazelles raffle on the Confirmed app for November 22nd.
But here’s the kicker, I just saw an update! It looks like the CLOT x adidas Dress Superstar is actually coming out on December 20th! That’s the one I’m most excited about, for real. They said it’ll be at JUICESTORE chapters globally. I started to look around for the nearest store to me.
Also, the update mentioned another release on, get this, the actual adidas website. But they didn’t say when exactly. Typical, right? Keeping us on our toes. I signed up for their notification service on their website in case of an update.
Here’s what I did to stay in the loop:
- Kept checking sneaker news sites and social media for updates.
- Looked up the JUICESTORE locations to see if I can make the December 20th release.
- Signed up for email notifications on to get any news about the online release.
So yeah, that’s my whole journey trying to cop these CLOT x adidas kicks. It’s a whole process, man. But I think it’ll be worth it. This stuff looks fire, and it’s probably gonna be pretty limited. Gotta stay on top of it if you want a chance at these.
Honestly, I’m also digging the whole history behind adidas, especially the Superstar and Forum models. I went to check some old videos of how it was like. Like, the Superstar came out in 1970, all leather and that iconic shell toe, and the Forum dominated the basketball courts in the ’80s, you know? It’s cool to see those classic designs getting a fresh spin. Makes me want them even more.
Anyway, I’ll definitely be keeping my eyes peeled for that online release date. Fingers crossed I can snag a pair! Wish me luck!
